What Roasan is
Roasan is an e-commerce intelligence product for Shopify. It continuously discovers public Shopify storefronts and records what they sell, which theme and apps they run, and how all of that changes over time. You can use it in the web app, in the browser extension, or straight from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT over the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Where the data comes from
Our crawler, RoasanBot, reads only public storefront pages. It honours robots.txt, keeps a polite pace, and never signs in, checks out or collects personal data. Store owners can opt out at any time; the crawler page explains how.
How to start
The free plan needs no card, and the free tools work without an account. Developers and AI agents can create an API key themselves and use the REST API or the hosted MCP server.
