1. Parties

The service compiles product, price, app and advertising data of publicly accessible Shopify stores and offers search, follow and reporting tools. Data comes from public sources; its accuracy and freshness are not guaranteed.
3. Account
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information given at sign-up and for the security of the account. The account and API keys must not be shared.
4. Acceptable use

5. Plans and payment

Third-party data sources
The monthly traffic estimate shown on store profiles and lists is derived from the popularity rank in Google's Chrome UX Report (CrUX) dataset. Chrome UX Report data is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0); source: Chrome UX Report, Google. The estimate is not a measurement and is shown with its confidence level.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law the Provider does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect damages. [LEGAL: liability cap to be set.]
8. Changes and termination
The Provider may update these terms; material changes are announced by e-mail or in the service. The User may close the account at any time; the account may be suspended for a breach of the terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
